SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship from Los Angeles. Our plants are either shipped in their current nursery pot, or shipped bare root wrapped in sphagnum moss or other damp material to retain moisture.
We usually ship Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid plants being stuck in transit over the weekends. Please understand that shipment will be delayed if the weather is too cold or too hot. We will let you know about any delays a day in advance. Delivery confirmation is included in the price of shipping. We do not ship to Hawaii / Canada / International.
If delivery time is a concern, please opt for upgraded shipping. If you're a shipping to a cold area, you can add a head pack here.

SHIPPING DAMAGES
We only sell plants that are in a good condition to ship but cannot guarantee plants that are no longer in our care. Buyer takes full responsibility for any damage due to heat, cold, or shipping distress. We will let you know a day in advance if we feel that there may be an issue with temperatures in our area but please be aware of the temperature in which these plants will be shipping to.

If there are any issues with your plants, please message us within 24 hours upon plant arrival along with a photo of the plants that are in poor condition and we will look into a solution.
